Clean the crabs (lobster, blue crab or spiny lobster) and cook in a boiling salted water. Remove the meat from the shell after they are ready. Saute crabmeat lightly in butter, add flour, pour over with water or vegetable stock and cook for 15 – 20 minutes. Serve with toasted bread and garnish with chopped parsley.Read more
